Basic use of our apps

Our apps provides facilities to deal with data of online eShops. It provides facilities to export reports related to eShops's data to csv files to merchants who use various ecommerce plateforms to power their stores.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account. This information is related to your Shopify store and it is given as below.

shop id, shop name, shop owner email, shop's shopify domain like yourshopname.myshopify.com, shop province, shop country, shop address1, shop zip code, shop city, shop source, shop phone, shop latitude, shop longitude, shop primary locale, shop address2, shop created at date & time, shop updated at date & time, shop country code, shop country name, shop currency, shop customer care email, shop timezone, shop iana timezone, shop owner name, shop money format, shop "money with currency" format, shop weight unit, shop province code, shop taxes included (Yes or No), shop tax shipping (Yes or No), shop county taxes (Yes or No), shop's shopify plan display name, shop's shopify plan name, shop has discounts, shop has gift cards, shop's myshopify_domain, shop's google apps domain, shop's google apps login enabled, shop's money in emails format, shop's money with currency in emails format, shop is eligible for payments, shop requires extra payments agreement, shop's password enabled, shop has storefront, shop is eligible for card reader giveaway, shop finances, shop's primary location id, shop is checkout api supported, shop's multi location enabled, shop setup required, shop force ssl, shop pre launch enabled, shop enabled presentment currencies

Additionally, we collect following types of personal information from you once you have installed the App. Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information.

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies: "Cookies" are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. "Log files" track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. "Web beacons", "tags", and "pixels" are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

When Do We Collect Your Customer Personal Information?

We do not collect automatically information about individuals who visit your store. But since app provide you a facility to export data related to orders also. So at the time when you use that facility at that time app collects information related to your order's data, which also includes your customer information like email address, phone numbers etc. This information is collected so that you can export it on your required files. You can remove all synced information related to products and orders any time by just clicking on "Erase" button from app's syncing page.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We do not share your personal information with third parties. But we may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
